Creamless Creamy Green Goddess Dip

Get Those Raw Veggies Ready… This Creamless Creamy Green Goddess Dip Is The Perfect Compliment!

Ingredients

¾ C Raw Cashews

¾ C Water

1/3 C chopped fresh Chives

1/3 C chopped fresh Parsley

3 T Lemon Juice

1 T Chopped fresh Tarragon

2 Rinsed Anchovy fillets

¾ t Salt

¼ t pepper

¼ t garlic powder

Directions

Process Cashews in blender until almost sandy looking about 13 seconds or so. Add

the rest of the ingredients. Blend on low for about 5 seconds. Let stand for 15 minutes.

Process at a low speed until all ingredients are finely chopped and well blended, about

1 minute. Scrape down blender jar. Process at a high speed until dip is smooth and

creamy, 4-5 minutes. Transfer dip to bowl. Cover and refrigerate until cold, for about 45

minutes. Serve & Enjoy!
