Ingredients:

Chef’s Blend All Purpose Seasoning (Sunset Gourmet USSG1049)

Apricot & Maple Sweet Pepper Jelly (Sunset Gourmet USSG3139)

Pork Tenderloin

Directions:

Place pork on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Sprinkle All Purpose Seasoning over

pork. Let sit for 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.

Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. In a small bowl, stir the jelly; spoon over pork. Bake 10-17

minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 145°. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.

Spoon pan juices over slices and serve.
