Ingredients

¼ Cup Honey (local is best)

3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 Garlic clove, crushed

¼ teaspoon salt

Pinch of fresh pepper

1 Large had romaine lettuce, thinly sliced

2 Cups shredded cooked chicken

8 Slices (nitrate-free) bacon, cooked & chopped

2 Avocados, peeled, pitted & cubed

2 Large tomatoes

3 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped

3 green onions or small red onion, thinly sliced

¾ Gorgonzola cheese (or a sharp cheddar would be nice)

Directions

Place the honey, mustard, garlic and salt and pepper in a small bowl, add 1 tablespoon of warm water and whisk to combine. Place the lettuce inside the serving bowl, arrange the other ingredients on the lettuce. Drizzle the dressing over the top to serve. Enjoy!
